Technical Writing & Documentation
Technical documents that non-technical stakeholders can act on, and technical audiences can trust. The challenge is writing for both at the same time.
What this service covers
Technical writing at the corporate level is almost always written for a mixed audience: technical specialists who will implement it and senior stakeholders who will approve it. These two audiences need different things from the same document. The technical team needs precision, specificity, and enough detail to actually do something with the information. The senior stakeholder needs to understand what the document is recommending and why it matters for the business without reading every technical specification. Most technical documents choose one of these audiences and fail the other. The ones that try to serve both usually end up buried under qualifications and acronym glossaries that obscure rather than clarify. We write technical whitepapers, technical product documentation, scientific research summaries for non-specialist audiences, technical proposals for government and enterprise procurement, compliance documentation, and technical sections of annual reports or investment materials. The goal in every case is the same: a document that is accurate enough for the specialists and clear enough for everyone else.
